Jeremy is married to Lydia, the most beautiful woman in the world. He has three of the most amazing children in Keely, Mario, and Malachi. He understands that true football starts and ends with the 6-time super bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers. Jeremy serves as youth pastor and associate pastor at Wooster Nazarene.

Registration will begin at 1pm in the gym. Here each student will receive the schedule for the week, cabin assignment, their camp T-shirt, and see the nurse (where all medications will need to be turned in their original containers.

All DayTeen Camp

Each day we will have time for personal devotions, breakfast, morning activity, morning chapel, lunch, team events, free time, dinner, evening chapel and late night fun!

June 21, 2024

Camp ends Friday at noon. After Pack up, clean up and final group worship time, students will be dismissed to their rides. Please have your driver come to the gym for check-out.

GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

Engage, bring the energy, participate in everything!

Listen to and obey all NCO NYI staff & adult sponsors.

No girls in the guy’s lodging at ANY time! No guys in the girl’s lodging at ANY time!

Girls: No revealing two-piece swimwear; no spaghetti straps or halter tops; dress modestly.

Guys: Shirts must be worn at all times other than swimming; no underwear showing, no tank tops in the chapel.

All medications must be given to the camp nurse at registration in the original bottles.

Campers may not leave camp grounds at any time without prior approval from the camp director and without adult supervision.

Campers who choose to violate the rules & guidelines may be removed from camp at the expense of the camper and his or her parents/guardians

Things to BRING:
Bible, notebook, pen, clothes for 6 days, 2 pairs of shoes, 2 sets of “junk clothes,” toiletries, pillow & bedding, flashlight, prescription medication, spending money for activities and the snack shop, and snacks to share with bunk mates.

Things to LEAVE: Knives and guns of ANY kind, alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, vapes, fireworks, laptop, gaming systems, TVs, electronics, inappropriate material. Camp staff will confiscate any inappropriate items brought to camp. The campground and camp staff are not responsible for lost items.

Liability Agreement

As the legal guardian of the participant named in this registration form, I authorize the leadership of NCO TEEN CAMP to care for the administration of general first aid treatment for any minor injuries received to my child during the event. If the injury sustained is life threatening, or in need of emergency treatment, I authorize the leadership of NCO TEEN CAMP or its representative to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend, transport, and treat my child.

I understand that NCO TEEN CAMP will require my son/daughter to make choices and keep a schedule, and that he/she may not be under direct adult supervision at all times.

I agree to release and hold harmless any staff and lay assistants of Nazarene Youth International Ministries, the General Church of the Nazarene, individual Nazarene churches, and/or North Central Ohio Teen Camp from any and all claims, suits, costs and actions, of any kinds whatsoever, arising from their exercise of the power granted by this authorization. This liability release is valid during NCO TEEN CAMP, June 17-21, 2024
